The Wild Boar

In mythology, Adonis was wounded by a wild boar. So we decided to play with the story and serve our version of pulled pork, using a special blend of jackfruit and soy curls, seasoned and tossed in a sweet and savory BBQ sauce, topped with aioli, pickles, onions, and slaw, and served on a bun.
